Directions for Use

Using a clean basin, dilute 2 tablespoons of Foot Soak Salt in an ankle level warm water, NOT HOT. Soak feet for 20-30 minutes nightly, then dry with towel. May soak feet everynight for the first 2-4 weeks, then cut back to 2-3 times per week, as foot sweating improves.
